What are you payment methods?

All major credit cards, T/T, Western Union, Paypal, L/C etc.

What is the minimum order?

A.

We can make less than 100 lapel pins for you but the unit price goes up quite a bit. The reason for this is simple.

Pricing is based on the setup and production costs associated with a 100 quantity order. So, if you only order 20 pins. you still have to pay what it would cost to order a larger amount. That is why we suggest 100 pins as the minimum to get the manufacturing process started.

Do you assist or make the artwork for my custom product?

We actuallv do all of our artwork upfront and free of charge with unlimited revisions. Our art team can also take anything from a written description to a hand drawn sketch.

So whatever you have we can take it and create a digital rendering of what your custom product will look like once produced.

Can I get product samples?

To obtain samples, please email to us to ask for free samples.

Do you have a catalogue?

What guarantee do l have that assures me l will get my order from you since l have to pay in advance? What happens if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?
